I’m not a massive fan of AI – I have used it in the past to aid me in making some presentations on cybersecurity among other things, but it’s just too tacky and shit to be taken seriously: think that creepy bloke watching the kids at the swimming pool – that’s AI to me.

I’m a Twitter user and am seeing a massive upturn in people’s comments being “@grok, is this true?”
AI IS NOT A MAGICAL ANSWER TO EVERYTHING! at best it scrapes data from the web, then filters it (badly) to decide what is the most likely.

For those still using Google (WHY???), you can stop the AI overviews using a simple switch – see here for details (also has a uBlock Origin filter to get rid of them)
