Well, it’s all about football now – and more specifically – the World Cup…Eriksson has named his squad (see here<\/a>). I must admit, I’m very happy to see Spurs players in the squad, but I expected to see Defoe in there too – admittedly he IS on standby (and most likely Rooney won’t be going) – but I never would have picked Crouch over Defoe. Looking at the midfield though, it makes you feel confident – so much strength and speed in there – and some goalscorers there too.
