Bit early, but here’s my year in a nutshell – I’ll probably forget stuff, but hey…<\/p>\n
\t\tJanuary:<\/strong> Mostly good, helped a friend get over some problems. Got my first tattoo.<\/p>\n \t\tFebruary:<\/strong> Spent most of the month helping Harriett move into her new house, some demolishing :), some decorating – had some awesome sex too… \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n \t\tMarch:<\/strong> Not a great deal happened – got a bit sad on my dad’s birthday (19th).<\/p>\n \t\tApril:<\/strong> Again, not a lot happened. Got my second tattoo, had the plate and pins removed from my ankle.<\/p>\n \t\tMay:<\/strong> See April. Had some major pain from my ankle – ended up on kickass pain pills \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n \t\tJune:<\/strong> Saw the Foo Fighters at Wembley on the 6th \ud83d\ude42 best gig I’ll EVER see I reckon, spoke to Lee while I was there. Planned on going back to see them again on the 7th, then found out Lee had died the night before \ud83d\ude41 that Saturday was a very sombre day indeed. Holiday in Spain on the 17th, back on the 24th which should have meant I’d make Lee’s funeral – flight delays meant I missed in, cue me going mental at the airport. A month long wake followed.<\/p>\n \t\tJuly:<\/strong> Much of it was spent very, very drunk…<\/p>\n \t\tAugust:<\/strong> Work, drink, work, drink…<\/p>\n \t\tSeptember:<\/strong> My 40th \ud83d\ude10 convinced everyone I was actually 42 so to avoid any parties (I hate ’em). Attended my tribunal hearing for compensation on my ankle injury and won \u00a34400 (was fined \u00a31020 on the day for calling a copper a c*nt, but that was worth every penny \ud83d\ude42 )<\/p>\n \t\tOctober:<\/strong> Work, drink, repeat.<\/p>\n \t\tNovember:<\/strong> Back to my ‘saint’ persona – helping my friends as much as I can.<\/p>\n \t\tDecember:<\/strong> Will be spent with good company, lots of alcohol and avoiding the ‘c’ word as much as humanly possible.<\/p>\n \t\t* ‘Borrowed’ from Pooflake<\/a> – see here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Bit early, but here’s my year in a nutshell – I’ll probably forget stuff, but hey… January: Mostly good, helped a friend get over some problems.
