I love Fridays – the fact it’s a half day, also payday…and mostly because it’s the end of the week. I’ve usually got everything tied up and so have little to do.<\/p>\n
Today was no different – Corina and I were chatting (randomly) and up came the subject of what women say and what they actually mean…<\/p>\n
This is a constant source of mystery to me – do women have their own version of English? Corina claimed that when a woman says no (as in “Would you like a drink?”), they actually mean “Yes, but not if it’s too much trouble…” She then went on to explain it was women’s logic – now THERE’S an oxymoron for you.<\/p>\n
I’ve always tried to ensure that any woman in my life understands that I don’t do clues or hints – if there’s something I’m doing wrong, or something they want me to do – just TELL me. How can I learn about these things unless I’m told?<\/p>\n
Of course, this is probably why I’m single…<\/p>\n
