yid army!
And the mighty Spurs roll on… A very impressive win away from home over a Braga side that classes it’s ground as a fortress. We should have won 0-3 (at least) by half time, butBerbatov couldn’t hit the target – he certainly tried though, and worried the hell outta the Braga defence 🙂 Robbie Keane stamped his authority on the match though – opening up the scoring early in the second half, then knocking in the winner in injury time. Full match report here. I really like the chocolate and gold away strip – so much better than the sky […]

It seems some people don’t quite understand why Spurs fans detest the gooner scum. Click here for a full explanation. And now to get rid of the nasty taste mentioning the scum leaves, here’s Dimitar Berbatov – at a cost of £10.9 million he’s the most expensive Bulgarian footballer…and already a WHL legend 🙂 There’s no such thing as a straightforward goal from Berbatov – as his freekick against West Ham on Sunday showed…

Arsenal crashed out of their 3rd cup in 10 days – they really ARE the definitive cup tourists 🙂 . I’ve probably mentioned before that there are 6 Spurs supporters in one building where I work – and everyone of us has this enormous grin on our faces today. Here’s a picture of the moment the gooners’ season came to a crashing end: Arsenal put far too much faith in individual players – Henry was bought on even though he wasn’t fully fit (and now he’s injured again), and with only minutes to play, and Arsenal needing 2 goals to […]

What a game that was – 2-0 down to the team at the bottom of the table, bringing it back to 2-2, then going 3-2 down with only 4 minutes to play, equalizing again – and then scoring a last minute winner 🙂 There’s many a happy Spurs fan today – and many sad hammers. Read the match report here. I took it a lot easier this weekend with my ankle – the exercises I’ve been given are giving me more movement in the joint (not full movement, but certainly more than I had when the cast first came off), […]

Ah bliss…a lazy Saturday morning (almost 11am). I’ve just got up and drunk my first cup of tea while surfing the web. I read this article regarding Vista – personally I’ve decided to give it at least 6 months before I take the plunge and upgrade totally – there are too many upgrade/install stories full of misery for me right now. Outside the sky is blue – spring is just weeks away 😀 and beyond that the endless warm days of summer…I miss all that heat. I got my ankle redressed yesterday – there’s only a very small part of […]

My ankle has been hurting big time this week 🙁 I overdid the ‘gradually put weight onto the ankle’ last weekend (read that as ‘tried to walk without crutches’) and so Sunday and Monday I was in agony. I was back to the hospital on Tuesday and the doctor said it was kinda usual to get pain, but I was to take it easier and make sure I elevate the ankle when it starts hurting…so I’ve had it elevated for 2 days now and it STILL hurts 😐 On a brighter note – I finally upgraded my PC…not too much […]

It doesn’t get much better than this – Arsenal losing yet another cup final (they are the definitive cup tourists – they turn up, look around, and go home with nothing), and Spurs thrashing Bolton (who just happen to be Arsenal’s bogey team) despite playing most of the game with 10 men. My ankle is very painful today – I certainly overdid it at the weekend and am now reaping the consequences. I’m back to the hospital tomorrow and no doubt will get a bollocking from the doctor. All I want is to go forward in time 6 weeks or […]

Well, after Wednesday’s away win at Everton, Spurs host Bolton at White Hart Lane tomorrow. Off the back of 2 away wins, spirits are high – can we kick-start our Premiership campaign and race to a top four finish? In other news – I got a call from someone in Papworth (about 8 miles away) reagrding a computer problem…see how word is spreading? getting cards printed was probably the best thing I ever did – so much work is coming in, and everyone that goes away happy (that’s everyone 😉 ) passes the word on…this time next year I’ll be […]
