My ankle has been hurting big time this week 🙁 I overdid the ‘gradually put weight onto the ankle’ last weekend (read that as ‘tried to walk without crutches’) and so Sunday and Monday I was in agony. I was back to the hospital on Tuesday and the doctor said it was kinda usual to get pain, but I was to take it easier and make sure I elevate the ankle when it starts hurting…so I’ve had it elevated for 2 days now and it STILL hurts 😐 On a brighter note – I finally upgraded my PC…not too much […]
