I hardly slept last night I was so excited about finally getting the cast off. Then this morning the excitement turned to a kind of panic – what if they wanted to put another cast on? 😯 It felt so good when they cut off the cast and my foot could ‘breathe’ again though – the cut has an infection so I’m on a course of antibiotics for the next week (the celebrations are on hold…for now 😉 ). Slow in fact due to the fact that the countdown has commenced – 161 hours and 40 minutes (as I type this) until the damn cast comes off (not that I’m counting mind). Well, Spurs are certainly not having the form in the premiership that they’ve had so far in Europe – another away loss to Sheffield United today (we went ahead in the second minute, then ended up losing 2-1). After browsing a mobile phone forum and seeing some of the wallpapers people are creating, I decided to have a go – here’s my first attempt: Not bad huh? now all they have to do is start winning again… 9 days, 15 hours and 30 minutes (give or take a few) until this damn cast comes off…
