I’ve still yet to receive an official reprimand, but got this:

Ah, some kind of response at last – but still no telling me what I did wrong really…and the ‘may all my journeys be safe ones’? WTF? is that a veiled threat they’re gonna cut my brake lines or summat?

And then there was this posted on the site:

Sigh…still no email from these ‘moderators’ – WTF are they moderating? just that funny, funny Luisa, who I think is ace? are they scared of me or something? an invisible presence behind an email?So I replied thus:

Did I request this?

No.

So where was the “Vere are your papers?” I’m sure this breaches my freedom of speech – having gone through the Yahoo! TOS earlier when I was bored with awaiting the ‘moderator’ email I expected telling me off in strict terms –  and my post did in no way breach any regulations according to them – please explain why you have unsubscribed me, without my request, in detail. This I feel, may show just more proof of the new regime that seems to be taking over the once friendly local site.

Of course, I hold my head up to the volunteers who moderate the forum…it is at the end of the day a public forum – if you wish to dispute this, I’m happy to reply to any coherent responses – indeed, I would approve of you posting this email on the forum and allowing open discussion (no, wait – you’ve unsubscribed me WITHOUT MY REQUEST – surely that comes within the DPA seeing as how the forum holds my details?)

As before, I await your response…

PS – As before, all correspondence is being saved and recorded for the amusement of myself, and others on my public blog.

PPS – lambasting a fellow forum member for having a sense of humour, I feel is further proof of said new regime. Please apologise to that member (Luisa) as she has done nothing wrong (except acknowledge a sense of humour), and is in no way connected to me, and as such, should receive no limits on her membership – indeed, I applaud her for speaking out for the members who have, albeit quietly, declared their displeasure in what once was a good forum.

PPPS – Of course, should you wish, I would be willing to offer my services as a moderator – but I will never be so strict as has become the norm lately

Basically, the moderators seem to be chasing their arses up their own arseholes…come on! apparently I broke the rules – FFS chastise me *stands with bare bum bent over a chair*

Can you see why this fucking forum is doing my head in?

Your efforts at showing some education are becoming somewhat hilarious – may I suggest using spell check and maybe reading some books on correct usage on English grammar? It’s a beautiful language, if only more people would use it. 🙂
