Anyhoo, my elastic band ball now resides in the casa snee on my desk – it rests nicely on top of a roll of sellotape.

I’ve mentioned that it is entirely made of the red Royal Mail elastic bands that the postperson (ooh, how PC am I?) puts through your door on occassion. <deleted stuff ‘cos it was crap…and ‘cos I can> I know you all want to see my ball:

I have no idea why I put the note in the pic…when I looked at it, I thought I’d better not post the original – but doesn’t the fact that I’ve defaced an image of the Queen’s head mean I’ve committed an act of treason?

I digress (again). Dimensions of the ball? it’s diameter is 114mm (4.5″ for you Imperial die-hards 😉 ), not sure about the weight – about 0.5kg (a pound or so…). I am notoriously famed at work for grossly underestimating weights of things though.
