And that was the weekend (is it just me, or do they seem to be getting shorter and shorter?)
Wandered into the King’s Head Saturday morning to be greeted by “We’re not open until 12!” from Cilla.
“No problem.” I replied, “but are you showing the Spurs game?”
“Well,” came the reply “I need a techy guy to sort out the big screen…”
And so it was that I didn’t pay for a beer until I met up with Bob et al in the Gash about 3 🙂
Lovely roast lamb dinner at Bri and Von’s yesterday, followed by Rangers* winning the CIS cup 🙂
*Yes, I support Spurs, but Rangers are my Scottish team – I even have a shirt!
