What a horrible game that was last night – and that’s all I’m saying on the matter.

Slow day at work today, so I’ve spent a few hours looking at various means to turn this into a proper indexed blog. The problem is, my ISP uses windoze web servers, so I can’t set file permissions (unix/linux servers allow you to CHMOD anything…). My old Mac really does seem to have died now (was running linux as my home web server) so I’m considering bringing my old Slowpoke back out of retirement – it’s currently running XP surprisingly well for a 233mhz machine (I installed it during one of those “I wonder if…” moments). Anyhoo, another possibility is getting some free hosting that allows full control of files, and putting a blog on there, then linking THAT to my index page, probably using an iframe or summat – an ugly way of doing it though.
