What is it with £5 notes nowadays? they’re all looking very manky – old, ripped and generally worn out. It’s bad enough handling money that’s been in the dubiously clean hands of countless others, but they are especially bad. I guess it’s gonna be replaced with a coin soon – probably the size of a dinner plate…

I’ve still not got around to writing (or even using a pre made) PHP script to turn this page into a ‘proper’ blog – I’m still editing the HTML source each time I update – I’ve done very little in the way of coding recently, been busy helping with friend’s computers – I’ve even got some cards printed to sell myself. I should get back into programming though – I enjoyed it. Thing is, most of what I did was chat related, and I don’t do that anymore – anyone got any ideas on what I could attempt? Perhaps I should start with something simple – that PHP script would be a good start, even if I only modify an existing one to suit my purposes.

I still have to get the garden into shape…and paint the porch. Could do with redecorating too…maybe replace the living room carpet with a hardwood floor – ack, it’s not easy being domestic.
