The techy guy next door (I’ll refer to him as TGND from now on) has been bitten by the linux bug – he’s now gonna try to slide a linux box into the office for the others (not related to ‘Lost’ may I add…I don’t think) to use. It’s a good idea – I think I might try the same with the office minions here (they are SO set in their ways, even still using Outlook Express, ack).

The weather here is still good – I do like these extended summers we seem to get nowadays.

I went to see my mum last night and spotted a picture taken of me and her at my dad’s funeral wake. It is quite possibly the only picture in existence of me in a shirt and tie, check it out here – until I get the actual image file from my sister, the one on here is just a photo I took of the picture with my phone.

What else? ah…football. Spurs are through to the group stages of the UEFA Cup – away to Besiktas in Turkey, home to Bruges, then away to Bayer Leverkusen in Germany before winding it up with a home game against Dinamo Bucharest. Hopefully Lennon will be fit for the games – judging by our poor premiership form so far, we’re missing him.
