I was calling a supplier to get some springs made up the same as we had 2.5 years ago. Apparently I got through to the ‘new girl’, so there I was, trying hard not to giggle while all I could hear over the phone was:

“Right, click that…oh no! that’s not supposed to happen…” accompanied by the sound of a printer whirring to life. After giving my details (twice), I left it for her to send me a quote – there’s only so long you can hold in laughter 🙂
